E fu il Bug !

Il mio carissimo amico Carlo IK4ISQ ha avuto la bella pensata di prestarmi un bug dopo avere scambiato quattro chiacchere a proposito del mio desiderio di imparare ad usare questo tasto !
Cosa dire ! chi trova un'amico trova un tesoro !!!
Adesso forza e coraggio a ristudiare una nuova manipolazione :-)

Primo QSO in AM

Questa mattina ho fatto il primo QSO in AM a 7190 con I0WTL Silvestro e I0LBE Fabio entrambi in Roma, anche se per colpa della propagazione è stato un mordi e fuggi mi è piaciuto molto.

Drake R-4C

My new Drake arrived yesterday !
I have buy this one as non working radio from the OY6FRA Radio Club thank's to Jon OY9JD.
Was a very good deal, after some inspection i have find soon the problem and i have fix it.
Ther is the mechanical of the preselector.
Now the radio is under a test before start a quick alignment.
Soon more pics of my new beautiful Drake!

Millennium of Lithuania

The first reference of the name of Lithuania in written sources comes to us in the story related to the tragic end of St. Bruno’s mission in 1009 as described in the annals of Quedlinburg, Germany (Annales Quedlingburgenses). St. Brunon, alias Bonifacius, archbishop and monk, was killed by the pagans together with 18 of his brethren on the Russian – Lithuanian border on the eleventh year of his conversion and on the 9^th of March ascended into the heaven.

To mark millennium of Lithuania, Amateur Radio Society of Lithuania (LRMD) is issuing special wooden plaque to those who will fulfil required following conditions:

A. EURO stations contact Special Event Stations with the prefix LY1000 (12 active stations) or other LY stations from 01-01-2009 to 31-12- 2009 and collect 1000 points.

Points are earned as follows: EURO stations - 150 points for each contact

with the special Event station LY1000 – 150 points. Other LY stations-
50 points. It would require 5 contacts.

B. DX stations - one contact with LY1000 station – 300 points. Other any ordinary LY station – 100 points. It would require 3 QSO’s with Special Event stations.

PRICE: 10 Euro or equivalent in USD

Applications deadline – 31-12- 2010. Please send certified list of contacts (no QSL please) and payment to the LRMD Award Manager , P. O. Box 1000, LT – 01014 Vilnius -1, Lithuania Please give your e-mail address with your application, in case we have to contact you by e-mail
